Here is a quick and effective no equipment cardio workout that you can do anywhere, anytime, no excuses.

All you need is your body and some floor space.

**I recommend warming up, for at least 5 minutes first with either a brisk walk, dynamic stretching, or both, to make sure you muscles are loose and ready for the workout.

Go through the following circuit, with as little rest as possible between exercises.
Then at the end rest for 1-3 minutes (rest period will depend on your current condition, the better shape you are in the less rest you will need), and repeat 2-4 times.

  • 10 burpees
  • 10/ leg high knees
  • 10 squats (jump or body weight)
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10/ leg lunges (jumping or alternating)
  • 10/legĀ  mountain climbers
